We give you thanks for your prayers and donations to the Lutheran Broadcast. For the past 82 years this radio ministry has brought the gospel of Jesus Christ to the listening audience of CKBI, Prince Albert, Sask., and, as well, to the listening audience of our website at lutheranbroadcast.ca.

Because CKBI wants to go in a new direction, they have dropped the Lutheran Broadcast from their programming. Our last program was Jan. 1, 2017. This news was unexpected. Obviously, we cannot change their decision. But we can give thanks for the 82 years of Christian ministry that has involved so many people over the years. I certainly want to thank all the speakers who took the time and effort to record that half-hour program, as well as the board members, the congregations and the individuals who gave in many ways so that the broadcast could happen.
