Bishop Johnson’s success has in no small measure been due to her commitment. As she works hard to keep the church focussed on being a church In Mission for Others, let us now show our appreciation for the good bishop in joining hands and working together to bring to fruition all the ambitious goals set by the church in commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in 2017.
Good Christians ought to share what God has blessed them with. It does not take us long to identify those around us who are in need. Let us look beyond our church walls and assist them according to their respective needs. There are a number of countries in the world where most of the population live below the poverty line. Canada, however, is not one of them. Still, there are pockets of areas here where people are also in need.
