I am writing to encourage readers to pray for people who live with disabilities and to offer their support when they are able.
One of these people who I hold in my prayers is a very young child. He is a very special boy. His whole family and his friends know it.
He is growing mentally. He has toys that require him to think about what to do and follow through with actions. He has figured out how to roll. Socially he now relates to everyone in his environment. He relates to new people with a smile and they express joy for his well-being. And he relates well to children like his sister. Emotionally he is even-keeled. He does not cry much and expresses positive emotions—not negative. I give God thanks for such progress.
Ever since he has been tube fed, he has been growing physically. I thank God for the miners who provided his family with his $2,000 feeding tube backpack.
