Re: Justice issue, Post, Jan/Feb.
Our calling as Christians is to care for and love our neighbours just as Jesus did. This includes our neighbours who do not worship, live or look like us. Part of that care and love is seeking justice for those who are squashed down under the boot of supremacy and cast off by our government.
We can’t ignore important issues in our country just because it’s Christmas time. The families of the 174 missing and murdered Indigenous women in Canada never get to stop worrying about their loved ones.
I implore everyone to imagine if this was your wife, sister, daughter or friend who was possibly in a landfill—would you still think it was not worth the time, money and effort to search the site?
